Matthew Edelman
Partner
Matthew partners with clients to turn complex financial and operational challenges into clear, practical strategies for growth. His background spans consulting and SaaS, where he supported clients with financial modeling, client analytics, and improving internal processes to help organizations make smarter and faster decisions. He enjoys partnering closely with clients to understand their challenges, break complex problems into manageable pieces, and develop solutions that are both strategic and practical.
Matthew holds two graduate degrees from Bentley University, a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Business Analytics. His academic experience reflects a genuine curiosity and passion for learning, and he enjoys continually expanding his knowledge to better understand complex business challenges. This combination allows him to approach problems from both a financial and analytical perspective, using data driven insights to support thoughtful strategy and long term decision making.
A Boston native, Matthew has built both his education and career in New England. Outside of work he enjoys spending time outdoors. In the winter he is usually skiing, and during the warmer months he enjoys hiking and exploring new trails, often with his dog, Mr. Winston.
Brandon Wills
Partner
Brandon partners with clients to transform fragmented financial functions into scalable, high-performing operations. His background in business consulting focuses on fractional controller leadership and comprehensive accounting department overhauls, helping private businesses establish the reporting discipline and cash management functions necessary for sustainable growth. Brandon excels at navigating high-stakes environments, from accelerating monthly close timelines to restructuring complex financial records to restore GAAP-compliant integrity.
Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics-Finance from Bentley University. To further his ability to solve complex problems, he completed specialized continuing education, earning certifications for financial modeling, valuations, and business process mapping, alongside executive training in Business Analytics at Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. This combination of academic and technical expertise allows him to bridge the gap between technical accounting and operational efficiency, translating raw data into actionable forecasts and long-term budget models that support smarter decision-making.
Originally from the Atlanta area, Brandon moved to New England in 2014 and has been a resident of Worcester since graduating from Bentley. He is deeply committed to the local community, serving as a board member for a local business association and as a graduate of the Leadership Worcester program. In addition to his professional affiliations, Brandon enjoys volunteering to support local youth and community initiatives. In his free time, he is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys skiing in the winter and spends his warmer months golfing or on the water.
